🎭 Teams Treat Families of Starters and Backups Differently?

Allison Kuch — influencer and wife of former Chargers DE Isaac Rochell — isn’t sugarcoating NFL politics.

On Kelly Stafford’s podcast, she revealed that when Isaac was balling out, the family perks flowed like champagne. But when he slipped to the practice squad? Crickets. “Absolutely,” she said[29:33] when asked if treatment changed.

She even spilled that Isaac was sometimes outplaying guys on the active roster but stayed benched for “political” reasons (translation: money games).

From cozy, kumbaya seasons in LA to feeling abandoned elsewhere, Allison made it clear: in the NFL, family treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s star-status dependent.
